Returns
At Blue Basil, all sales are final. Products once purchased cannot be returned for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We request all customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Blue Basil within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened.
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if requested.
- The original packaging, which must be kept safe until the claim process is completed.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Once our team verifies the issue, Blue Basil will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.
Exchanges
Blue Basil offers exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid unboxing video must be provided.
- The product must have been purchased directly from the Blue Basil website.
After approval, our team will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Beauty and personal care products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
