We currently ship across India.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across selected locations in India.

An additional charge of ₹50 will be applied to all COD orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, remote locations, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment's progress.

Address Accuracy

Blue Basil is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Address modification requests made after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please:

  • Record an unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share the unboxing video, photographs, and order details for verification.

For parcels marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the courier partner.
