By placing an order on bluebasil.store, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). A ₹50 handling fee applies to all COD orders.
Replacements If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bluebasilorders@gmail.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or exchange. See our full Refund & Replacement Policy for details.
What We Don't Cover
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery
- Customised or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events
