Blue Basil – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Blue Basil, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Products purchased from Blue Basil cannot be returned once delivered. All sales are considered final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your claim, please provide:
- A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened.
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (if requested).
- The original packaging, which must be kept safely until the claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.
Exchanges
Blue Basil offers exchanges only for products that are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A valid unboxing video must be provided.
- The product must have been purchased directly from the Blue Basil website.
Once approved, our team will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for successfully delivered orders. Refunds may only be issued in cases where a replacement is not possible for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, subject to Blue Basil's review and approval.
